All About Orange Beach Orange Beach, AL Real Estate Guide
Orange Beach is truly a resort town. Beautiful high-rise condominiums, that are more like true resorts, dominate the beach skyline. Along the city’s northern edge lies beautiful canal-front homes, more condos, and marinas filled with million dollar fishing yachts. In the middle of it all lies Ono Island, a private, gated community with some of the highest priced real estate in the entire state.
Along Orange Beach’s Canal Road sits The Wharf (website can be found here). The Wharf is more than just a shopping destination, it’s a true live-work community. Aside from housing my office, there are dozens of shops, restaurants, a marina, a miniature golf course, a towering zip line, a giant Ferris wheel, movie theaters, bars, swimming pools, a condominium complex, and of course, the Wharf Amphitheater. The amphitheater routinely hosts some of the biggest names in music and is just a great place to sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds.
Food lovers will not be disappointed either. Big Mike’s Steakhouse (website), home to arguably the world’s greatest steak, can be found on Canal Rd. Other absolutely delicious culinary destinations include: Big Fish, Fisher’s, and Salt. Numerous lunch and “bar food” spots dot the town as well.
